Molly Lopez
A fourth-generation Floridian and graduate of Seminole State College, Molly brings deep roots and even deeper organizational instincts to her role as Executive Assistant to the CEO of FaithActs for Education. A self-described professional chaos coordinator, she has spent the past seven years supporting operations and growth for mission-driven organizations at the intersection of education and civic life — work she sums up simply as changing the world by supporting world-changers.
As the founder of her own executive consulting firm, Molly’s superpower is creating order out of complexity so that the leaders she supports can do their most impactful work. With a background spanning multiple ventures and industries, she brings a practical, nurturing energy to everything she does.
Outside of work, Molly serves on her church’s social justice board and writes letters to turn out voters in elections across the country, living out the same values that draw her to FaithActs’ mission every day. A voracious reader in her spare time, she lives in Orlando with her husband and two daughters, just down the road from Mickey Mouse.
