Meredith Cosby

Meredith’s role is to conduct and oversee support for our executive director, inclusive of executive administration, planning, strategic support, advising and cross-functional collaboration. She draws on a wealth of diverse organizational experience to make it easier for leaders to lead. 

Meredith’s passion for our mission drew her to FaithActs. When she learned of Connecticut’s educational equity disparities, it lit a fire for her. She knew she had to be a part of supporting leadership in righting the wrongs perpetrated against generations of students and families. Meredith cultivated her skillset at NASA, where she served as a member of the Mars program supporting engineers and scientists, and at Genentech, where she supported attorneys and contract administration. Meredith and her husband have three children and live in Charlotte, North Carolina. She loves to read and enjoys traveling and hiking with her family.
