Duanecia leads our team responsible for organizational strategy, finance, operations, executive support, and talent.
Throughout her career in public education, Duanecia has ensured the recruitment and retention of Black educators and has forged partnerships between national organizations like Teach For America, the United Negro College Fund, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and the National Women’s Law Center.
